When I started working as a seafarer, the ships were smaller and the crew larger. Nowadays the ships are bigger and the crew less. Sometimes it feels like a desolate place. Many choose to go to their cabin on free time to watch a movie or - if the internet allows, to be in contact with the family in their home country.
